I'm back. Did you notice I was gone? Well, did you?
Not gone from blogging, silly. But gone from fragging. For the last 2 weeks. Which made me sad.
Cuz NOT fragging on Friday is NOT a good thing.
Actually, it's a BAD thing. A very, very bad thing.
Which is why, if I can help it, I don't plan on missing it again.
Quite frankly, I don't think Mrs. 4444 over at Half Past Kissin' Time can handle my absence one minute more.
*Coming home to find a Secret Santa package waiting for me makes me a very happy Hallie! Jumped on the bandwagon this year and participated in my very first Secret Santa blogger gift exchange. And it was awesome!! I had fun shopping for my blogger (just mailed the gift today!) and will happily partake in the madness again next year.

*Snow and wieners do NOT play well together. We got about 11 inches of the evil white stuff Wednesday which neither thrilled nor excited my low rider pups. No surprise there. Low riding bodies means low riding hoo-haas and hoo-hees. And those my 2 legged friends, are NOT body parts (human or otherwise) that belong on ice.
*Although I successfully made beer chili this week, I STILL despise cooking. Wanted to reiterate that fact in case word of my kick ass meal got out. (God forbid people actually EXPECT me to cook.)
*GLEE is done for the season and I THINK I'm seriously depressed. Don't really have a clue why I love this show so damn much but I do. No Sue Sylvester next week. What ever will I do???
*Had a dream this week that John was possessed by the devil. In order to keep me safe, he had to leave me. Wasn't happy about it but remember thinking it made sense. What DIDN'T make sense was when he turned to the giant black smear on the wall, a smear that looked EXACTLY LIKE JIMI HENDRIX, and asked for permission to kiss me goodbye. Weird, huh? (And yes, before you ask....the good ship Ambien had sailed that night!)

I got a nervous when you mentioned Glee...thought you were gonna giveaway some key info from the show and since I've not yet had a chance to watch it I got scared. Whew! I too will miss the likes of Sue Sylvester although I must admit I find myself hating her evil anti-Glee Club antics even as I laugh hysterically at her.

My toy poodle agrees with your assessment of the snow and ice situation. Unfortunately, in my house, that means we have a few instances of going back to potty training as we tend to register our weather complaints by pooping on the floor. If she'd just use the dang toilet, I would be fine with her pooping in the house.
I thought about wearing black next Weds and for all Weds until March in a showing of sadness over the lack of Glee in my life. But Vol 1 and Vol 2 are keeping me pretty damn gleeful right now.

I, too, love Glee. My sister brought me the soundtrack volume 1 today and I absolutely cannot wait to listen to it. I am glad all the baby drama came out, I was afraid they were going to drag it out forever (maybe I'm too used to watching soap operas).
I hope the snow melts quickly so your wieners don't freeze off their hoo-has and hoo-hees (that totally cracked me up, btw)!!

I haven't seen any of Glee but I've gone ahead and bought the Volume 1 CD for my daughter for Christmas on the strength of all my blog-friends' enthusiasm for it.
